Gerald “Gerry” Jones II
Gerald “Gerry” Jones II is a 1985 graduate of Jackson High School and a 1990 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia. He graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1993.
Jones has previously practiced with Russell, Payne & Howard in Cape Girardeau and with Lichtenegger, Weiss and Fetterhoff in Jackson.
His areas of practice include Real Estate Law, General Business and Corporate Law and Governmental Relations.
Jones is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and Cape Girardeau County Bar Association, Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce, Jackson Chamber of Commerce, and the Board of Trustees at LaCroix United Methodist Church.
Mr. Jones is married to the former Amy Graff of Perryville, MO and has two children, Gerald “Jed” W. Jones III and William G. Jones.
Michael G. Deimund
Mike Deimund is a 1988 graduate of Cape Girardeau Central High School. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN in 1992, where he was selected to Mortar Board National Honor Society and graduated cum laude. In 1995, he received his law degree from Emory University in Atlanta, GA where he was a member of the International Law Review.
Following graduation from law school, Deimund served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Cape Girardeau County and worked at Bradshaw, Steele, Cochrane and Berens, L.C. in Cape Girardeau. Mr. Deimund’s areas of practice include: Civil and Criminal Trial Practice, Trust and Estate Planning, Corporate and Business Law and Real Estate.
Deimund is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, Cape Girardeau County Bar Association, Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce, and LaCroix United Methodist Church. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Safe House for Women and the Cape Girardeau Public School Foundation.
Mr. Deimund is married and has one child.
Scott A. Lipke
State Representative Scott Lipke is “Of Counsel” with the firm. Lipke is a graduate of Jackson High School and received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Murray State University and his Juris Doctorate degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1995. Lipke also studied Constitutional Law and Politics in Cambridge, England.
Lipke also served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Cape Girardeau County for five years and most recently was in private practice.
Lipke is on the Board of Directors for the Safe House for Women and previously served on the Board of Trustees at Riverside Regional Library. He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, Cape Girardeau County Bar Association, Jackson, Cape and Perryville Chambers of Commerce, and Farm Bureau.
His areas of practice are General Practice, including but not limited to, Civil and Criminal Trial Practice, Wills, Trusts, Business Law, Real Estate, Family and Traffic Law.
